What we build
TOOLFINA is an independent online tools platform focused on practical tasks people repeat often: cleaning text, checking counts, calculating dates and percentages, validating developer data, preparing images, and reviewing simple estimates. The goal is not to replace specialist software. The goal is to make small jobs clear, fast, and easy to complete without creating an account or installing an app.
Our approach
Each public tool is paired with explanatory content so users can understand what the result means, when the tool is useful, and where human review is still important. TOOLFINA avoids filler pages and avoids publishing empty categories as if they were live products. Content is written to support the task, with examples, limitations, privacy notes, and related workflows where they help.
Our tools
The current library includes 25 published tools across text utilities, calculators, developer helpers, and image tools. Text tools cover counting, cleanup, comparison, case conversion, slug generation, and Arabic diacritic cleanup. Calculators cover percentages, dates, age, VAT, Zakat, gold Zakat, and profit margin. Developer tools cover JSON, Base64, URL encoding, UUIDs, and color conversion. Image tools support compression and resizing in the browser.
Privacy-first design
All TOOLFINA tools process your data locally in the browser. Text inputs, calculator values, and image files never leave your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit the content you work with. This browser-first architecture means your sensitive documents, financial data, and personal images remain completely private.
Bilingual platform
TOOLFINA is built from the ground up to serve both English and Arabic speakers. Every tool, page, and interface element is available in both languages with full RTL (right-to-left) support for Arabic. Switch between languages at any time using the language toggle in the header.
How TOOLFINA improves
TOOLFINA improves by reviewing tool behavior, expanding explanations, fixing unclear copy, and listening to practical feedback.
